We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and / or skillsets :

- Assistant Cook experience.

The responsibilities are :
Preparation of food and Sales
- Assist in the preparation of food and related products prepared for Learners.
- Cutting, Cleaning and pre-preparation of food.
- Assist in the preparation of cooked / warm foods if required.
- Assist the Cook by giving input on food quality.
- Assist in any reasonable way possible when required for special events.
- Assist Cook / Chef in the preparation of foods if and when required.
- Stand in for Cook if Cook off ill or not available.
Cleaning, Health and Safety and Related matters
- Always ensure workspaces are kept clean.
- Where appropriate attire related to dealing with food or food products.
- Actively assist in the cleaning of equipment, the kitchen, and any related facilities.
- Support the Cook with any ad-hoc Health and Safety and Hygienic requirements and always adhere to such requirements.
- Personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the school.
