Responsibilities:
- Stock reconciliation and journals
- Assisting on stock takes
- Check if invoices are SARS compliant
- Month end journals
- Intercompany invoices and calculation thereof
- Maintain Hire Purchases and monthly allocation
- Capture new assets on Hire Purchase agreement
- Maintain large Fixed Asset Register on a monthly basis (4 companies)
- Calculation of depreciation and monthly journals
- Opening balance journals after audit
- Recon internal loan accounts
- Rental invoicing and collection of rent
- Assist FM with yearly audit
- Handle the full function on four smaller entities
Essential Requirements:
- Well organized and adaptable
- Good communication skills telephonically or via e-mail with clients
- Matric with the necessary degree
- At least 5 years experience
- Own reliable transport
- Speak and write Afrikaans & English fluently
- Willingness to work overtime at month end
- Strong work ethic and sober habits
We are a dynamic, vibrant company supplying the building industry.
