Job Purpose
- The CRM Specialist will be responsible to grow gaming revenue for Sun International business operations, by utilising an in-depth understanding of the Sun database and its customers and insight to compile targeted and relevant campaigns to drive customer visits and/or spend. Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and support of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, focusing primarily on the Sales and Service modules. Roles and Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Service modules).
· Build and deploy custom plugins, workflows, scripts, and integrations.

· Develop and maintain integrations using SSIS and other ETL tools.

Qualifications and education requirements
· University degree in software development area
· Proven experience as a D365 CRM Developer (minimum 5+ years).
· Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and Service modules.
· JavaScript (for form customizations and client-side scripting)
· C# (for plugins, custom workflows, and backend logic)
· SQL (querying, optimization, database management)
· HTML (form design and UI customization)
