Qualifications and Skills : Minimum of 10 years experience in a creative leadership role within a brand agency or similar environment.
Strong portfolio of work demonstrating outstanding creative direction, branding, and design.
Deep understanding of branding, marketing, and design principles, and ability to apply them strategically to achieve business objectives.
Strong client relationship management skills, with experience in building and maintaining strong client partnerships.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire, motivate and develop creative teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and to build strong relationships across the agency.

- A conceptual portfolio consisting of television/video and other platform campaigns
- Proactive and have a good understanding of how to run a campaign and push process in order to meet the objectives of the brief
- Proficient in the latest software and confident working on a Mac
- Must be able to work under extreme pressure in order to meet tight deadlines
- Experience on retail accounts highly advantageous
