To lead, oversee and manage all aspects of corporate travel mainly for Standard Bank South Africa and support services to Africa Regions and international countries, to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and seamless travel experiences for employees. To develop and implement travel policies, negotiate with vendors, monitor and control compliance with regulations, and optimise travel processes to enhance employee satisfaction and support business objectives globally.
Qualifications- A degree in Hospitality and Tourism.
- 8-10 years of experience in providing guidance and direction to individuals and teams for the day-to-day tasks related to planning and organising activities, events, and office administration. Project management experience is a key requirement to scope, define, design, develop, test, and implement business changes. Monitor and oversee the execution of the different components and controlling resources, both people and financial, to achieve specific goals within Corporate Travel is required.
- 3-4 years of procurement experience is required in order to develop, implement, monitor, and control service level agreements for various outsource providers and vendors globally. Manage operational performance and address non-performance.
