We are seeking a Legal & Corporate Officer to support the legal and company secretarial functions of our Luxembourg-based Management Company and Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM), as well as other group entities where required.
The role primarily focuses on legal matters and governance support related to Luxembourg-regulated funds, with broader responsibilities extending to company secretarial services for our Luxembourg PSF, Altum Luxembourg S.A., and UK businesses where appropriate.
Reporting lines include the Senior Legal Officer of the AIFM (dotted) and the Head of Legal in Jersey (direct). This position is well-suited to candidates with relevant legal and co-sec experience, particularly within the Luxembourg regulatory environment.
Key responsibilities
Legal
- Reviewing and/or negotiating documentation (e.g. limited partnership agreement, services agreement, delegation agreement).
- Drafting fund documentation such as board resolutions.
- Providing support on the marketing and pre-marketing review of documentation.
- Undertaking regulatory reporting such as PRIIPs-KiiDs, EPT, EMT, or EET's production, coordination and review.
