Job Description
The role involves clarifying business requirements, documenting user stories and acceptance criteria through collaboration with stakeholders, teams, and product owners, contributing to end-to-end delivery. The candidate may also assume the role of Scrum Master within the feature team if required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, UX, technology, support, testing, and subject matter experts to gather and analyze functional needs and user story requirements.
- Work with the Product Owner to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure effective delivery of stories within the team while adhering to quality standards.
- Conduct business interviews, facilitate workshops, map user stories, and ensure cohesive integration of requirements.
- Continuously improve team processes through contributions and retrospectives, supporting the Product Owner and ensuring understanding of business context and backlog delivery.
Qualifications
- Degree: Minimum in Information Technology.
Experience Required:
5-7 years of experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, management, and analysis within an agile environment. Proven experience in requirements gathering, working with cross-border and domestic payments, and collaboration across teams. Strong understanding of Agile, LEAN, and SCRUM practices.

Responsibilities- Acts as a subject matter expert from an information architecture perspective and provides input into all decisions relating to data engineering and the use thereof. Educate the organisation on information architecture perspectives on new approaches, such as testing hypotheses and statistical validation of results. Ensure ongoing knowledge of industry standards as well as best practice and identify gaps between these definitions/data elements and company data elements/definitions.
- Assess systems against the information architecture to ensure system and information architecture alignment and integration, liaise with relevant stakeholders should risks or incompatibilities arise.

Experience Required:
Enterprise Technology & Solutions Architecture
1-2 years: Leadership experience in driving technical engineering and development teams in the delivery of cloud solutions.
3-4 years: Experience implementing Continuous Integration or Continuous Delivery processes in engineering teams and experience leading and integrating test automation into various points in a deployment pipeline. Prior programming background in at least one or more languages: C, C++, Java, Perl, Python, Go, or scripting experience in Shell and Perl.
More than 10 years: Experience in using large scale production systems and technologies, for example load balancing, monitoring, distributed systems, micro services, and configuration management.
