Key Responsibilities
- Source high-quality candidates for FinTech and SaaS roles, focusing on contract, fractional, and C-level positions.
- Conduct thorough candidate qualification and assessments, ensuring a strong cultural and skill match.
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.
- Collaborate closely with UK-based colleagues to meet hiring needs and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking information.
- Contribute to the growth and success of a new business unit, providing ideas and insights to improve processes.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and development initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years’ recruitment experience (180 or 360), preferably with international client exposure.
- Proven track record of sourcing and qualifying candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Strong communication skills, with clear and professional spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple vacancies.
- Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
