Sourcing and recruiting

Required Skills and Attributes
- 1–2 years’ experience in temporary/contract recruitment with cross-vertical knowledge, but accounting or operations would be preferred.
- Proven track record in placing temporary/contract candidates for accounting and operations positions such as AP/AR clerks, payroll clerks, bookkeepers, accounts assistants, and operational support staff.
- Ability to work to urgent deadlines and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Knowledge and extensive past use of a server-based applicant tracking system.
- Excellent prioritization, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
- Ability to develop business cases and service requirements, while creating and managing strategic alliances.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
