KEY PURPOSE OF JOB
The Product Lifecycle Engineer will be responsible for supporting the introduction to production of new products, the support in production of existing products and supporting clients with product related queries; all in an efficient, proactive, and synergistic manner.

KEY TASKS

Industrialization:

  1. Responsible for the introduction of new products into production, particularly the design and implementation of the manufacturing processes in line with the industrial requirements and the objectives of the project and/or client.
  2. Responsible for supporting and facilitating problem-solving during prototype and preproduction build.
  3. Responsible for the design of packaging solutions for partially complete or complete product.
  4. Assist with the development and implementation of the industrialization plan, with specific emphasis on the design and engineering processes.
  5. Assist in the development and maintenance of assembly documentation.
  6. Assist with the development and maintenance of the production data pack.
  7. Assist in the PFMEA process and development of control plans for new and existing equipment and processes.
  8. Assist with automation of test report generation.
  9. Assist in the development and manufacturing of aids, tools and jigs.
  10. Advocate for DFM during the product R&D phase.
  11. Participate in the industrialization project deliverables in line with time, cost, and quality targets.

Engineering Support of Standard Products:

  1. Provide engineering support to the Production team during the manufacturing and testing of products.
  2. Responsible for the development and manufacturing of aids, tools, and Jigs.
  3. Provide engineering support to the Supply Chain team in the logistics of components and products.
  4. Responsible for manufacturing documentation, including assembly instructions of products.
  5. Responsible for creating and updating the Bill of Material operational information in the ERP system.
  6. Responsible for updating technical documentation of products.
  7. Responsible for packaging design solutions to ensure effective transport of products.
  8. Responsible for investigation and resolution of product deviations during the production process and client feedback.
  9. Responsible for timeous and effective preparation of responses to client technical queries.
  10. Perform continuous improvement in terms of standardization, technologies, architecture, best practices etc. with input from the Engineering team.
  11. Identify and implement the necessary steps to address the obsolescence of components/parts to guarantee the manufacturability and repeatability of the products.
  12. Support the Supply Chain team in the development of new suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  1. BEng, in Mechatronics, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution.

Experience & Knowledge:

  1. +/- 2 years of relevant work experience.
  2. Experience in mechanical and/or electronics hardware design (Preferably in Solid Works and Altium Designer).
  3. Design and industrialization of high-reliability electronic products.
  4. Good knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
  5. Good knowledge and experience in technical support in a manufacturing environment.

Additional knowledge areas that would strengthen the application:

  1. Knowledge of satellite subsystems and the space environment.
  2. Experience with the ECSS product development and environmental testing standards.
  3. Cleanroom, ESD, and optical assembly environment experience.
  4. Embedded software development, integration, and testing (C/C++).

As an Email Deliverability and Lifecycle Manager , you will be the driving force behind ensuring our messages land in inboxes and our customers receive the right communication at the right time. You will manage email deliverability health, protect sender reputation, and design automated lifecycle journeys that boost engagement, retention, and revenue across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain email deliverability health — track inbox placement, sender reputation, bounce rates, and spam complaints.
  • Segment and personalise campaigns using behavioural, transactional, and demographic data.
  • Integrate and manage omnichannel engagement platforms (Salesforce, Braze, Iterable, Mailjet, HubSpot) with e-commerce systems such as Shopify.
  • Analyse campaign performance data , prepare reports, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain clean and compliant subscriber lists by managing list hygiene and opt-in/opt-out preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with global email marketing regulations (GDPR, POPIA, CAN-SPAM, CASL).
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to align lifecycle strategies with broader business goals.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing email deliverability and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise-level omnichannel marketing platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Mailjet, or HubSpot.
  • Experience integrating marketing platforms with e-commerce systems such as Shopify.
  • Proven knowledge of email deliverability best practices , including sender reputation management, inbox placement, and email authentication protocols.
  • Strong skills in audience segmentation, personalisation, and automation workflows .
  • Solid understanding of global email marketing compliance regulations such as GDPR, POPIA, CAN-SPAM, and CASL.

  • Track performance using Braze, GA4, mParticle or similar tools -analyse results and provide clear insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure POPIA-compliant communications and manage approvals with legal, compliance, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product and Customer Service teams to support in-app comms, operational notices, and customer engagement flows.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, personalise, and scale communications for better customer outcomes and marketing efficiency.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Direct Marketing within a digital-first or fintech environment.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end campaign delivery, including briefing, creative input, segmentation, execution, testing, and reporting.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Comfortable working with Customer Data Platforms (e.g. mParticle) and collaborating with data teams on audience creation and targeting.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills for customer-facing messaging.
  • Data-literate with experience interpreting analytics and applying insights to optimise journeys.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of customer data privacy and regulatory considerations, especially POPIA.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries is advantageous.

    As an Incident Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of IT incidents from initial report through to resolution. You will utilize your technical knowledge and ITIL foundation to handle incidents with precision and reliability, maintaining high standards of customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage the incident lifecycle from detection to resolution.
    • Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders regarding incident status.
    • Utilize ITIL principles to handle incidents according to established procedures.
    • Apply basic technical understanding of IT and networking to support incident resolution.

    Qualifications:
