  • Curate multimedia content for web platforms (text, image, video).
  • Monitor analytics (GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and provide reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with faculties, divisions, ICT Services, and external service providers on web projects.
  • Benchmark national and international best practices and recommend improvements.

Inherent requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma on NQF Level 7 in Communication, Multimedia, Web Development, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • Minimum two (2) years' relevant experience in digital content management, with proven technical, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), and digital writing expertise.

Recommendations:

  • Honours degree on NQF Level 8 in Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms, web development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and accessibility compliance.
  • Experience in higher education or complex organisational web environments.

We are looking for a
Senior Content Specialist
to lead narrative design, content orchestration, and executive communications across all of Keyrock's business and product lines.

Job Description
Narrative & Brand Strategy
Own Keyrock's brand storytelling across all products and channels. You'll define a cohesive brand framework, refine our market positioning, and ensure all messaging ties back to clear business outcomes.

Communications & Editorial Leadership
Act as the guardian of our external and internal voice. From press releases and public statements to internal updates, you'll oversee content quality, manage media relationships, and ensure alignment in every touchpoint.

Campaigns
Translate product launches, research, and thought leadership into integrated, multi-channel campaigns. You'll work closely with Marketing, Product, and BD to design GTM playbooks, support account-based marketing, and measure campaign performance.

Sales Enablement
Bridge the gap between marketing and business development by creating sales-ready materials, onboarding content, and client education tools that accelerate cycles and improve conversion rates.

Executive Visibility
Shape the voice of Keyrock's leadership by producing high-impact content such as speeches, op-eds, and keynotes. You'll ensure executive communications reinforce our strategy and strengthen market presence.

Background And Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in content strategy, communications, or brand marketing in fintech, Web3, or high-growth tech
  • Proven ability to translate complex, technical topics into compelling narratives.
  • Strong editorial skills with an eye for precision, clarity, and brand alignment.
  • Track record in multi-channel campaign orchestration and executive communications.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to define and track KPIs, and refine content strategy based on measurable performance.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with research, product, and sales teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
