We at Assist World are seeking a Virtual Assistant – Marketing Content Creator on behalf of a client

Our client, a retail company, is looking for a highly capable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support their marketing operations during an important product launch.

You will be responsible for transforming product information into polished marketing materials, making use of AI tools, editing software and your own judgment to deliver top-tier results.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will work independently, exercise critical thinking and ensure a high standard of work quality.

Key Responsibilities

Content Generation:

  • Use Google Gemini to create fresh marketing copy based on product information stored in Dropbox.
  • Follow a simple workflow to upload prompts, generate content, and save final documents back to Dropbox.

Editing & Quality Control:

  • Run all generated content through Grammarly to ensure polished, professional English.
  • Review multiple ad copy variations and select the best-performing versions based on clarity, tone, and brand fit.

Judgment & Taste:

  • Evaluate copy with a critical eye for luxury and premium positioning.
  • Apply good judgment to ensure marketing material reflects a sophisticated, upscale brand image.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Be available for occasional quick check-ins via WhatsApp or Signal during European (CET) or US (EST) hours.
  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines around a mid-October launch date.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Fluent, Neutral English:
    Comfortable communicating in clear, global English (minimal accent preferred).
  • Strong Work Ethic:
    Proactive, self-directed, and focused on getting tasks done without constant supervision.
  • Critical Thinker:
    Capable of comparing multiple pieces of copy and selecting the most effective one.
  • Detail-Oriented:
    Skilled at proofreading, editing, and ensuring top-quality output.
  • Culturally Aware & Sophisticated:
    Ideally has exposure to premium brands, design, or luxury products and understands the aesthetics of high-end marketing.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Comfortable working with tools like Google Gemini (AI), Dropbox, Grammarly, and other online platforms.
  • Experience:
    Previous experience in marketing, copywriting, content creation, or similar roles is a plus.
