Responsibilities- Be responsible for leading projects and delivery teams in the Supply Chain & Operations practice to formulate and execute supply chain transformations.
- Lead end-to-end strategy to implementation of supply chain digital and analytics capabilities, including but not limited to SAP, S4/IBP, Oracle, Coupa, Kinaxis, iValua, O9, etc.
- Drive supply chain transformations in line with client business challenges:
- Create capabilities (process/tools/people) in line with the future operating model.
- Analyse and model financial data to support large-scale cost reduction programmes and enterprise value targeting.
- Help clients improve their ability to drive business outcomes through digital planning, reporting, and analytics.
- Leverage digital and emerging technology solutions (including RPA, IoT, Blockchain, Analytics, AI) to power operational strategies.
- Refine and optimise the client’s ability to organise and analyse financial, operational and external information to create shareholder value.
- Stay informed on advancements in technology and innovations across digital, analytics, supply chain ecosystem and broader marketplace.
- Develop vendor relationships with strategic partners and strengthen client relationships with CSCOs, COOs, CFOs, CPOs and Operations executives.
- Lead business development opportunities and prepare sales proposals.
- Build and manage high-performing teams of consultants and develop junior colleagues.
- Contribute to global thought leadership and leverage the skills of others to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Develop Accenture’s Supply Chain & Operations assets, tools and PoV to support sales opportunities and education of the community.
- Collaborate with Sustainability, Industry X, Technology and Operations to advance Accenture’s Supply Chain & Operations agenda.
- Play a leading role in the development and education of the UKI Supply Chain & Operations practice.
- Ability to analyse complex client problems, understand financial performance links between operations, supply chain and corporate results, and think strategically to create a benefit/cost business case.
- Ability to manage origination of new work and drive the sales process.
- Ability to execute programme management and large-scale delivery of projects.
- Commercial management of consulting engagements.
- Ability to form strong client relationships at senior levels and lead teams effectively.
- Strong strategic thinking, team-building, and a proven track record of delivering business outcomes for large clients.
- Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills.
- Experience building and managing high-performing teams and mentoring junior staff.
- Extensive consulting and/or project delivery experience with a top-tier firm or blue-chip organization.
- Functional experience in Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Process Transformation, and Sustainability.
- Knowledge of supply chain technology and digital disruptors (e.g., SAP, S4/IBP, Oracle, IoT, AI, analytics, etc.).
- Experience in Financial Services, Energy, Utilities, High-Tech, Communications, Media & Entertainment, Chemical & Natural Resources, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences or Logistics.
- Knowledge of core Supply Chain business capabilities.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience working on supply chain initiatives; external experience at a consulting firm at Senior Manager level within the industry; bachelor’s degree.

Provide advice and support to sector SBUs and Post Investment Segments in respect of their clients who are showing early signs of operational and/or financial stress. Conduct detailed business diagnosis focusing on business dimensions (Leadership, Strategy, Operations, Finance, Human Capital, Sales Marketing) and document terms of reference that will inform the Value Creation Plan (VCP) for clients who would require management consulting services, training, support, mentorship and development.
Provide advisory support to the clients through knowledge provision, training, mentorship and coaching. Provide post-investment early-stage support to small, medium and large enterprises to collaboratively grow clients through assisting Segments in developing and implementing the VCP and its identified interventions.
Provide management consulting services in the areas of leadership, governance, corporate and business unit strategy, functional management strategies, sales and marketing, human capital, finance and operations (optimization, process re-engineering, operational efficiencies, productivity improvement, etc).
Implement business enabling systems and tools such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), financial and human capital systems, policies and processes to help formalize and professionalize clients’ businesses.
Provide domain knowledge and expertise to support clients to realize profit and growth such as: Markets, Value chain insights, Manufacturing 4.0 and technologies. ProfileTo provide advisory services to clients depicting early warning signs of distress, that support limiting an increase in further distress; and where encountered, craft solutions and monitor implementation of interventions for these clients thereby restricting the number of clients that progress into turnaround and business rescue.
