As an IT Project Management support , you will support our Head of IT in driving the successful implementation, optimisation, and integration of our Monopoly systems landscape. This role will be central in managing the delivery of the various workstreams, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless use of the tool landscape across our agency, and aligning system capabilities with business goals.

Key responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Head of Information, Infrastructure and Security services , your duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor ongoing implementation activities across Projektron BCS, BLP, and Abacus systems,
  • Implement standardized project management-, reporting- and communication capabilities for all key projects and the portfolio of strategic projects under your management
  • Define rollout strategies, success metrics and milestones in collaboration with the Head of IT and other key stakeholders,
  • Drive cross-functional tasks and resource planning ensuring alignment, clarity, and accountability across teams,
  • Monitor project performance against timelines, budgets, and KPIs - escalating risks and resolving issues proactively,

Qualifications and Skills

As an ideal candidate, you must have the following:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in IT, operations, or systems implementation,
  • Strong understanding of project management principles (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, or similar),
  • Proven track record in cross-departmental coordination and stakeholder management,
  • High level of proficiency with project management software,
  • Strong planning and scheduling capabilities, including task breakdowns, effort estimation, and resource load balancing,
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills,
  • Working knowledge of ERP, HR, and finance systems, such as Abacus, SAP, Oracle, or similar - experience with Projektron BCS and BLP is a strong advantage,

Position Description:

SEIDOR Networks is looking for motivated and customer focused First Level Support Engineer to join our dynamic Managed Services team. He/she will be based at a customer site in Sandton, Johannesburg.

As the first point of contact for the customer, he/she will play a critical role in providing timely and effective technical support, ensuring incidents and service requests are logged, investigated and resolved or escalated according to SLAs.


Role Requirements

  • 2–3 years of IT support experience, ideally in an MSP or fast-paced helpdesk.

Certification Requirements

  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA Network+ (N+)

Microsoft MS-900 (M365 Fundamentals)

  • Advantageous Certifications
  • Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
  • Mimecast Fundamentals Certification

Familiarity with

  • Microsoft 365 admin portals
  • Active Directory and Group Policy basics
  • Remote desktop support tools
  • Basic networking concepts
  • Network devices (routers, switches)
  • DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP
  • Windows Desktop OS
  • Basic troubleshooting of network connectivity, Windows and Linux systems, email flow and MTA communication
  • Mail security tools like Mimecast and Sophos Central (basic exposure)

Key Responsibilities

  • Following standard procedures for the proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Installing and configuring computer systems.
  • Creating and administering user accounts.
  • Responding to users' IT support requests within agreed SLA’s/turnaround times.
  • Meeting with users to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
  • Take ownership of reported user issues and see the problem through to resolution.
  • Providing technical support on-site.
  • Offering solutions that meet the needs of the user/business.
  • Repairing hardware malfunctions and software issues.
  • Maintaining good user relations.
  • Tracking and managing work records.
  • Controlling IT stock and ensuring that an asset register is maintained.

Assistant Construction Site Supervisor

Are you ready to grow your career in high-end residential construction? At Jorgenson Builders , we're looking for a full-time Assistant Site Supervisor to support the delivery of exceptional custom homes. This position will be based on an exciting new 2.5M project in St. George, UT , with potential for long-term opportunities across our portfolio.

Working directly alongside a Site Supervisor, you'll help coordinate trades, monitor quality and progress, and ensure our standards for craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism are upheld every step of the way.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist the Site Supervisor in managing daily construction activity on a high-end custom home
  • Monitor the progress of framing, electrical, HVAC, finish work, and other trades
  • Serve as a communication link between subcontractors, suppliers, and the Jorgenson team
  • Conduct site walks, track deliveries, and help manage daily logs and reports
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, job site cleanliness, and scheduling milestones
  • Answer trade questions, help coordinate on-site solutions, and flag issues proactively
  • Support documentation and project tracking through CoConstruct or similar software

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential construction; custom home background preferred
  • Understanding of construction sequencing, materials, and local building codes
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with basic digital tools (smartphone, tablets, CoConstruct, etc.)
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
  • Willingness to be based in St. George for the duration of this project

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: 25 35/hour, depending on experience
  • Full-Time Position
