  • ISO 45001, 14001, 9001 – Introduction
  • Must have proven experience in HSE having worked for a Construction company, handling large projects (essential)
  • Experience in Legal Liability, Risk Assessor, Incident Investigator
  • Professional registration: SACPCMP registration as a CHSO

Key Performance Areas:

  • Implement the HSE elements
  • Promote and maintain HSE compliance onsite as well and ensure compliance with all legislative standards and regulations

  • Monitor industry trends, construction costs, and renewable energy technology developments

Requirements:

  • BTech/BSc degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or similar
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction estimating work with at least 5 years’ proven experience in the renewable energy sector
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy systems and components (e.g., PV modules, inverters, racking systems, wind turbines, battery storage)
  • Proficiency in relevant software packages including CCS, Bluebeam, and MS Office
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates under tight deadlines
