Role Responsibilities
You will take the ownership in the assigned territory to develop sales by utilizing all elements of our sales process to effectively analyze, implement and control the opportunities within the territory to achieve the assigned targets for defined territory or market segment.

You will also build fruitful working relationships with all levels - partners, contractors, system integrators & end users, and actively manage and develop the growth of key products within the sales territory by targeting the appropriate customer groups and ensure successful introduction of new products. You will ensure the appropriate level of coverage is given to both buying and potential customers within the customer platform, to develop profitable growth.

  • Strong operational, process, time management and administrative skills.
  • Negotiation, Listening, Communication (English written and verbal) and Presentation Skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • An agile approach to solving problems, with a solution-oriented mind-set.
  • Strong business acumen, with a team orientated attitude.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Concrete & Finishes Foreman to lead site execution across structural concrete works and architectural finishes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in municipal and private infrastructure projects, with strong leadership, technical precision, and finish quality control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all concrete works including formwork, reinforcement, placement, curing, and finishing
  • Oversee finishes scope: plastering, screeding, tiling, painting, and final detailing
  • Ensure compliance with SANS standards, project specifications, and safety protocols
  • Liaise with site agents, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain programme alignment
  • Conduct quality checks and snag rectification prior to handover
  • Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and action registers
  • Support procurement scheduling for long-lead items and finishing materials

Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience as a Foreman in concrete and finishes on civil/building projects
  • Strong understanding of GCC, COTO, and municipal tender specifications
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and annexures
  • Proven experience in managing teams and subcontractors
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across project sites
  • Fluent in English; isiXhosa or Afrikaans advantageous
