Education:

• 10+ years of relevant experience as a practicing legal counsel.

Your Responsibilities:

Legal Expertise:

1. Provide strategic legal counsel and guidance on medical malpractice and RAF claims.
2. Manage and lead a team of lawyers, paralegals, and legal support staff.
3. Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, and litigation proceedings.
4. Stay abreast of legal developments and emerging trends in medical malpractice and RAF law.
5. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to mitigate risk and protect the company's interests.

Compliance and Risk Management:

1. Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive compliance and risk management program.
2. Identify, assess, and mitigate legal, operational, and financial risks across the organization.

• Assist in data collection, integration, and analysis for land ownership audits and land worth estimation.
• Support geospatial analysis and mapping for land redistribution and agricultural potential.

• PhD bursary (1 Position) : MSc degree in Land Economics / Geospatial Sciences / Agricultural Policy / Development Studies / Environmental Management / Sociology (with a focus on land reform).
• MSc bursary (2 Position) : BSc Honours degree in Geospatial Sciences / Agricultural Economics / Land Management / Development Studies / Environmental Science.
• Hons bursary (3 Position): BSc degree in Geospatial Sciences / Agricultural Economics / Land Management / Development Studies / Environmental Science.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience in GIS and remote sensing tools preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for stakeholder engagement and report writing.
• Willingness to travel to rural and peri-urban areas for fieldwork and data collection.
• Valid driver's licence (code 08/EB).
