We're seeking for ambitious, results-driven Commission-Only Sales Agents to grow our footprint and build lasting client relationships.
As a Sales Associate, under the guidance of the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will mainly through telesales and field visits:
- Prospect, network, and close deals across one or more of our business sectors.
- Present tailored solutions to corporate, industrial, and individual clients.
- Cross-sell services between companies where opportunities overlap.
- Work independently while being supported with marketing materials and training.
- Earn commission directly tied to your performance — no cap on earnings.
- Complete and submit tenders.
We Offer High Commission Rates:-
- SHEQ Services: 30% per project including retainer contracts.
- Facility Management (Cleaning, Interior Designs, Maintance, Civil Works, Events and Catering): 20% per project for the first year and 10% for renewed projects.
- Environmental Services: 30% per project including retainer contracts.
- Fresh Produce Supplies: 15% of sales value. High volumes and frequent deals mean steady earnings for agents.
- Gardening & Landscaping: 20% per project for the first year and 10% for renewed projects.
- Cross-Sector Bonus: 10% extra for bundled service contracts.
We're Looking For:-
- Prior sales experience (B2B/B2C) is advantageous.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage own pipeline.
- Access to a laptop/smartphone will be an advantage.
- Own transport will be advantageous.
Compensation:-
This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.
Top performers can realistically earn R20,000 – R100,000+ per month, depending on sector and volume.
