Key Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd line support for incidents and change requests raised by the ERP COE team, ensuring resolution in line with the organisation's Change Management process.
- Perform system configuration, enhancements, and implementation of approved change requests, including preparation of required documentation (configuration rationale, functional specifications, test documentation).
- Deliver proactive maintenance and innovation by sharing updates on SAP C4C and broader SAP product innovations, upgrades, and best practices.
- Participate in projects and ad-hoc services , including:
- Business process assistance and optimisation
- Training of super users and knowledge transfer to ERP COE Consultants
- Guidance on SAP C4C and SAP best practices
- System optimisation and strategy recommendations
- Infrastructure assistance, including capacity planning for future state
- Support the implementation of new SAP functionalities within agreed project hours.
- Produce regular status reports , providing updates on logged incidents, system changes, service quality, and progress against SLAs.
- Attend scheduled status meetings with stakeholders to present progress, discuss challenges, and propose improvements.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Recent and valid SAP Certification (SAP C4C / SAP Sales & Service Cloud).
- Minimum of 6 years experience as an SAP Consultant with at least 4 years focused on SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer).
- Strong understanding of the SAP Solution Manager, Change Management processes, and 4-tier system landscapes .
- Experience in incident management, configuration, functional specification writing, and system testing.
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to conduct user training, facilitate knowledge transfer, and produce high-quality documentation.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and consultative skills.
- Exposure to broader SAP modules and integration with C4C.
- Familiarity with SAP strategy and infrastructure planning .
- Experience in public sector or large enterprise ICT environments.

Position Responsibilities:
- Develop reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms (RICEF objects), and APIs using ABAP. Work with SAP S/4HANA, OO ABAP, BAPIs, BADIs, IDOCs, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and OData services for Fiori applications.

- Build and expose OData services for Fiori/UI5 front-end integration.

Qualifications:
- SAP ABAP certification (e.g., C_ABAPD) is highly preferred.
- 2–4 years of ABAP development experience, with cloud exposure preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, ABAP Cloud, CDS/RAP, OData, and microservices integration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HANA data modeling, SQL scripting, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, CPI).
- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 or UI5 integration.
- SAP certifications in Fiori, BTP, or other modules (e.g., SuccessFactors, Commerce Cloud).

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Genesys Cloud CX Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of cloud contact center solutions for our clients. This role involves working directly with stakeholders to deliver scalable, integrated solutions tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate combines deep Genesys platform expertise with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configuration, and deployment of cloud-based contact center solutions
- Develop and maintain Architect flows, IVRs, call routing, and system integrations
- Conduct discovery sessions and translate business needs into technical designs
- Oversee migrations from legacy platforms to Genesys Cloud
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance
- Deliver technical documentation and knowledge transfer sessions
- Collaborate with stakeholders and lead project status communications
- 5+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud, including WEM/WFM and digital channels
- Skilled in building and supporting applications that leverage APIs
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Strong documentation skills: callflows, API specs, deployment plans
- Excellent stakeholder communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecom, or related field
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Skilled at working independently and representing technical expertise to clients

We are experts in the whole open source stack, from kernel to desktop, from cloud to the edge. Our team is also interested in business problems - building things reliably, efficiently and cost-effectively, and we have to learn to speak the language of our customers and their industries.
We help global companies embrace public and private cloud infrastructure, cloud native operations, and open source applications. For this team we are looking for several Alliances Engineers to support OEM (hardware manufacturers), GSI (global system integrators), ISV (independent software vendors), Channel partners and Public Cloud alliance partners. You will support various alliances and partners of Canonical to adopt our products and technologies, help business leaders to define joint go-to-market programs with partners from the technical standpoint.
We often say that our field engineers have 'the hardest job at Canonical' because customers can ask about any aspect of our solutions and products and expect a thoughtful, well-informed answer. We always want to do the best thing for our partners and customers, regardless of our company interests, and field engineers are the people we trust to ensure that is true.
Location : This is a home-based role, we are hiring worldwide.
What your day will look like
- Understand Ubuntu, Linux, networking and services in real-world environments
- Architect cloud infrastructure solutions like Kubernetes, Kubeflow, OpenStack, Ceph, and Spark either On-Premises or in Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Architect and integrate popular open source software such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Cassandra and NGINX
- Help partners to offer and architect joint solutions utilizing Canonical's technologies on top of the public clouds and in the data center
- Design and publish joint Reference Architectures and perform technical validations with various partners
- Prepare and run onboarding sessions/workshops with various partners' teams to promote Canonical products and solutions
What we are looking for in you
- Extensive experience with Linux (Ubuntu preferred), Kubernetes, Ceph, software automation
- Experience designing and implementing solutions on top of public or private clouds
- Python and bash understanding, troubleshooting skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High motivation, ability to multi-task and follow-up reliably on commitments
- Interest in customer-facing engagement, including pitching, demonstrating and understanding customer environment and needs
- Interest in new technologies like LXD, Juju and Snaps
- Ability to travel globally up to 30% of the time
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or related technical field experience
