We are seeking a highly skilled
Network Specialist
with strong
solution architecture and Cisco ISE experience

for someone who can act as a
solutions architect

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    end-to-end design, implementation, and support of Cisco ISE
    across the enterprise.
  • Provide
    solution architecture input and leadership
    for identity, access, and network security.
  • Develop and maintain security roadmaps, standards, and processes.
  • Oversee deployments of LAN/Voice/LTE/Mesh Networks with a focus on Cisco ISE integration.
  • Partner with business units and stakeholders to optimise designs, resolve risks, and deliver value.
  • Provide specialist insight into projects, audits, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience working in the Mining Industry.
  • 7+ years' experience
    in enterprise IT/network security.
  • Proven expertise in Cisco ISE (design, implementation, support)

    .
  • Demonstrated
    solution architecture experience
    in secure access/network environments.
  • Strong background in Cisco networking technologies (LAN/Voice/LTE/Mesh).

  • CLC Strategy & Execution : Educate clients on Cisco Learning Credits structure, expiration timelines, and value extraction. Ensure Global Knowledge is a listed and preferred Cisco Learning Partner for all target accounts.
  • Sales Enablement & Solution Design : Collaborate with internal sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft tailored training proposals and value-led programs. Support proposal development, pricing, and certification planning.
  • Reporting & Forecasting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce. Provide regular visibility into pipeline health, trends in CLC utilization, and revenue projections.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partner/channel management, ideally within the IT training or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles from discovery to close.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
