To coordinate and direct maintenance and repair services for a specific process within a production line, through control panel management and more complex troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for process analysis to identify and rectify process deviations to deliver right first-time manufacturing and eliminate non-conforming quality.
- Responsible for supporting R&D in product localization and upscaling of new products in production.
- Oversight of processes to optimize batch cycle times, process efficiencies, cost reduction and waste elimination.
- Provide technical support to all manufacturing processes in the plant including quality control, ensuring compliance with our standards, and achieving customer specific standards.
- Degree/BTech in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/industrial or similar).
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Continuous Improvement within a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding and experience in tools such as HAZOP, FMEA and SPC.
- A qualification in Six Sigma will be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing, designing, optimising, and documenting end-to-end business processes across banks and financial institutions.
As a Process Engineer, you will support the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes, ensuring processes are efficient, well-controlled, compliant, and aligned with strategic objectives. You will work closely with business, operations, IT, and risk stakeholders to drive operational excellence and sustainable change.
Key responsibilities- Process Analysis & Design: Map and analyse current-state processes, workflows, and systems across business units; identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and control gaps; develop detailed process maps, SOPs, RACI charts, and related documentation.
- Regulatory & Compliance Alignment: Align processes with data governance, risk, and control frameworks (RCSA, risk/control matrices).
- Engagement & Change Enablement: Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, IT, and risk; facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions with SMEs; define and track KPIs to measure process performance and effectiveness.
