• Responsible for process analysis to identify and rectify process deviations to deliver right first-time manufacturing and eliminate non-conforming quality.
• Responsible for supporting R&D in product localization and upscaling of new products in production.
• Oversight of processes to optimize batch cycle times, process efficiencies, cost reduction and waste elimination.
• Provide technical support to all manufacturing processes in the plant including quality control, ensuring compliance with our standards, and achieving customer specific standards.

• Degree/BTech in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/industrial or similar).
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding and experience in tools such as HAZOP, FMEA and SPC.
• A qualification in Six Sigma will be advantageous.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow the start-up of all Premium Wrapping / Sewing machines on site in order to get the standards and best practices.
• Prepare the initial samples with Plant and Project team for the final customer according to quality standard and time schedule.
• Put on the control and insure the stability of production.
• Examine the feasibility of all new Premium Wrapping processes and new products and validate all improvements before to start in production mode.
• Train and coach the Operators in plant on processes.
• Contribute, in liaison with the Maintenance Supervisor, to improve the maintenance procedures.
• Propose and implement continuous productivity (SMED, CIG) and quality (scrap) improvement actions concerning injection process.
• Manage the technical processes, parameters and tooling for the relevant processes.
• Set and control process parameters.
• Lead the QRCI process to investigate quality concerns caused by process and / or equipment.
• Integrate ergonomic principles in equipment and plant layout.
• Support maintenance in root cause analysis for equipment failures.
• Review of Process Flow Diagrams.
• Lead the FMEA process.
• Manage the product interface with Product Development.
• Contribute to the Engineering Change process.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
• Define and update cycle times in line with planned takt times.

Monocle is seeking experienced Process Engineers with strong financial services backgrounds to join our growing consulting practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing, designing, optimising, and documenting end-to-end business processes across banks and financial institutions.

As a Process Engineer, you will support the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes, ensuring processes are efficient, well-controlled, compliant, and aligned with strategic objectives. You will work closely with business, operations, IT, and risk stakeholders to drive operational excellence and sustainable change.

• Process Analysis & Design: Map and analyse current-state processes, workflows, and systems across business units; identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and control gaps; develop detailed process maps, SOPs, RACI charts, and related documentation.
• Regulatory & Compliance Alignment: Align processes with data governance, risk, and control frameworks (RCSA, risk/control matrices).
• Engagement & Change Enablement: Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, IT, and risk; facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions with SMEs; define and track KPIs to measure process performance and effectiveness.
• Technology & Tools: Leverage process modelling and mining tools (Visio, Bizagi, Signavio, ARIS, Lucidchart, Celonis).

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (postgraduate advantageous).
• 3+ years experience in process engineering, business analysis, or operational improvement within financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking or insurance processes, products, and regulatory environment.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end process improvement projects.
• Hands-on experience with process modelling tools (Visio, ARIS, Bizagi, Signavio, Lucidchart).
• Familiarity with automation and digital transformation initiatives (RPA, workflow tools).
