Job Description
Overview
We solve your uncertainty by providing an all-encompassing wealth management solution by being the "conductor" in the "financial, legal and fiduciary" space. Experienced Financial Planner? Find your home for the next chapter.
The Hero (you): A proven, advice-led financial adviser (CFP preferred) with R100m+ AUM and 3+ years’ experience who cares about holistic planning—not product pushing.
The Problem: Your pipeline is unpredictable. You want growth, assets, and a clear succession path—without jumping into an empty swimming pool.
The Guide (us): NMG Financial Planning (NMG Benefits) . We’ve grown ~60% YoY for three years by serving clients approaching retirement . We’ve built repeatable retiree lead engines and partner with HR departments to open corporate networks.
Reality (capacity): Our biggest problem isn’t that we want salespeople— it’s that we have more qualified retiree leads than our current adviser base can service, nationwide . We need proven, advice-led planners to help us meet client demand across South Africa.
The Plan (3 steps):
- Confidential intro with me
- Supported transition + warm retiree leads from day one
- Build assets: a very competitive, lucrative commission arrangement , book purchases , and structured succession
Proof (not theory): I can refer you to multiple advisers on our team —real people, real numbers—so you can hear first-hand how the lead flow and growth work. This isn’t wishful thinking.
Success (what winning looks like): Advisers commonly add ~R50m–R80m AUM p.a. (illustrative). Recent examples: R100m → R150m in 12 months; R400m → R500m in 12 months. Past performance isn’t a guarantee.
Keep in mind: It’s not just the split— it’s the speed and scale at which you can grow your book. We help you build your business, create operational efficiencies, and provide hands-on mentorship so you compound faster.
Avoid Failure: Stop waiting for cold referrals or product-led pressure.
Identity Shift: Become the trusted retirement guide with a growing book and a real exit path.
Must-haves: 3+ years’ experience, R100m+ AUM , holistic advice ethos, strong investments, clean compliance.
Call to Action: email (confidential).
