Accountabilities

- Develop and manage product life cycle by proposing the right promotional and marketing strategies, pricing for the product in alignment with regulatory, medical and quality standards.
- Manage product promotion and marketing through channel partners – physicians, patients, pharmacies, health care service providers etc.
- Manage alignment of product marketing and promotional strategies with local legislations and regulatory standards.
- Analyse and monitor all marketing activities to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Manage and monitor promotional / launch budget to ensure optimal operational utilization in coherence with the product life cycle strategy.
- Develop and manage strategy for re-launch of existing products through integration with pharmacies and other health providers.
- Develop and monitor sales forecasting for all products and train sales staff on product knowledge to ensure achievement of sales goals :
- Prepare sales forecasting and demand planning for new and existing products.
- Manage and monitor achievement of sales goals for the product and devise strategy in-case of underperformance or over-performance.
- Manage all queries and issues related to sales forecasting and promotional / marketing strategy and pricing of product for sales workforce.
- Develop content and conduct product knowledge and marketing strategy training for sales workforce, nursing staff etc. to ensure they are equipped with the right knowledge and tools for product marketing & sales.
- Co-ordinate with supply chain and other internal stake holders to ensure availability of optimum stock levels at all times.
- Manage, organize and participate in all national and international congresses / conventions to develop relationship with key stakeholders and exchange of information on Cipla products & new treatments / disease :
- Participate in pharmaceutical product trade shows / international congresses and conferences to ensure to gain knowledge on new products, treatments and diseases.
- Organize, manage and coordinate conferences for Cipla SA which includes – academic sessions, identifying speakers, schedule, stay / travel and all other administrative activities.
- Analyse and share data on market intelligence, product performance and product strategy to monitor product performance / sales and ensure effective decision making :
- Analyse respective therapeutic area marketing performance and share insights with stakeholders to ensure regional needs are appropriated and considered.
- Identify new market segments for products.
- Analyse markets and trends and growth value analysis for new products to develop specific strategies.
- Monitor and analyse competitor marketing, pricing and promotional strategies.
- Monitor progress of new and existing products (sales update, pricing analysis) to ensure increase in sales and rectify strategies in-case of low response.

The role you'll contribute:
The Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner functions as a member of the medical care management team for physician practice patients (Cardiology). The ARNP may diagnose medical conditions, plan and implement treatment collaboratively agreed to in the Florida Hospital Physician Group medical staff delineation of clinical privileges for Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners. Depending on the practice, ARNP may be required to take practice call.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Provide services similar to those of a physician.
· Examine patients, take medical histories, maintain patient records, identify health risk factors, prescribe medications, make referrals and otherwise treat health conditions.
· Sees patients in the outpatient practice setting.
· Assists with in-office procedures with physician and or may perform minor procedures independently.
· Reads and interprets electrocardiograms.
· Interrogation and adjustment to pacemaker settings in collaboration with Cardiologist.
· Provide post-procedural follow-up care in the outpatient practice setting.
· Interpret, monitor and adjust anticoagulation therapy.
· Supervision of nuclear stress tests and treadmill stress tests in the outpatient practice setting.
· Will diagnose and treat in collaboration with the supervising Cardiologist, adult cardiovascular patients in addition to a variety of chronic health conditions including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia etc.
· Will follow care plans developed by/with supervising Cardiologist.
· Communicates with courtesy when interacting with internal or external patients and customers—in person or on the telephone.
· Exhibits respect for co-workers and develops positive working relationships within the practice and other departments.

· Interpreting test results of patients.
· Able to provide pre and post-procedural care, if applicable.
· Instructs and counsels patients.
· Document patient care services by charting in the patient and department records.
· Provides continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.
· Focus on patient wellness and disease prevention.
· Provide health education services and/or counsel patients on how to make healthy lifestyle choices.
· Will need to work weekdays and potentially take practice some evenings and weekends.

· May attend hospital conferences specific to the specialty of Cardiology.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· MSN (Master's of Nursing)
· Minimum of 3 years' experience as a RN in the Cardiology setting
· Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
· Provides direct care with licensing credentials under the auspices of supervising MD.
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
· Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
· Licensure as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in the State of Florida.
· Advanced Registered Nurse Certification
· Continuing education required to maintain licensure
