Duties & Responsibilities

  • CONNECT AND ENGAGE WITH STUDENTS:
    • Work on community initiatives designed to develop connections between students;
  • SOCIAL PLATFORM:
    • Manage and be active on the CampusKey Community Network;
    • Educate and encourage students to use the Community Platform to explore the greater CampusKey community and be able to find resources and instructions to realize a higher level of self-sufficiency;
  • EVENTS:
    • Plan and supervise educational, professional, and personal development events based on students’ needs and requests;
    • Assist with set-up and breakdown of events, including ordering food and beverages;
    • Make posters for events;
    • Supervise in-building events for compliance with the Student Community Guidelines and intercede or escalate issues as they arise;
    • Obtain & prepare data analysis for events (determine success of events);
    • Manage and plan the annual welcome programme for the students checking in;
  • COMMUNITY HARMONY:
    • Implement the CampusKey community guidelines with the goal of optimizing student experience;
    • Resolve student complaints, issue fines, and prepare recommendations for termination of accommodation when warranted;
  • SOCIAL SPACE MANAGEMENT:
    • Conduct quality-control building walk-throughs to note immediate issues, preempt potential future issues, and identify areas for improvement;
  • Manage the Mentor Programme;
  • Manage the Social Responsibility Outreach Projects;
  • MARKETING:
    • Manage, plan, and execute the campus marketing strategy;
    • Manage the local campus social channel and operate them within the brand guidelines;
    • Create, collect and deliver digital content based on the marketing briefings;
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports on the community and identify areas for improvement.

About the Role

The Marketing Consultant will engage directly with prospective students and their families via outbound calls, database management, and event support. This role is vital to the student recruitment process, with a strong focus on lead generation, appointment setting, and collaborative marketing activities. The successful candidate will represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a student-focused approach, helping to drive student applications and campus registrations.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Engagement

  • Make daily calls to prospective students and parents to promote academic programmes and schedule interviews.

  • Provide clear and compelling information about programmes, campus life, and the application process.

  • Follow up with leads to maintain interest and ensure movement through the recruitment funnel.

Lead Generation & CRM Management

  • Qualify leads and capture all interactions accurately within the CRM system.

  • Support data segmentation for marketing and recruitment purposes.

  • Assist in collecting lead data from school visits and career events.

Appointment Coordination

  • Secure appointments for prospective students with Student Advisors.

  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams for a smooth lead handover.

School Engagements & Events

  • Attend school presentations, career fairs, and open days to support recruitment.

  • Conduct interviews with prospective students and parents during key events.

Target Delivery & Collaboration
  • Meet individual call and appointment targets.

  • Work closely with the student recruitment team to align on enrolment objectives.

  • Participate in regular team meetings and product training.

Job Purpose

The Marketing Consultant is responsible for engaging with prospective students and their families through outbound calls to promote NewBridge Graduate Institute’s qualifications and opportunities, while also supporting the student recruitment team through database capturing, lead collection, school engagements, and general marketing activities. This role plays a vital part in generating leads, scheduling appointments, and contributing to the student recruitment process to meet campus enrolment targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling:
  • Conduct daily phone calls to prospective students, parents, or guardians from provided lead lists or school databases to book interviews on the campus.
  • Deliver clear, engaging, and accurate information about NGI’s programs, campus life, and application process.
  • Follow up with leads to maintain interest and encourage progression through the recruitment funnel (leads to appointments to applications to registration).

Lead Organization, Generation and Data Collection:

  • Identify and qualify potential students by asking relevant questions to assess interest and eligibility.
  • To assist the Senior Marketing Consultant in categorizing and segmenting leads based on relevant criteria (eg: location, programme preferences, recruitment stage) to enable precise targeting for marketing and sales campaigns
  • Update and maintain accurate records of interactions in the institute’s CRM and dashboard system.
  • Contribute to expanding the campus database by collecting contact details from targeted schools or events (under supervision).
  • Attend Career Fairs/Expos & Presentations to support the Student Advisor team

Database Capturing:

  • Capture leads generated from school engagements such as presentations and career fairs and web enquiries onto the campus CRM system and Dashboard report
  • Assist the Senior Marketing Consultant with ad-hoc administration

All digital aspects and also physical aspects. You will track the monthly sales on the various items and be continually brain storming as to how to increase sales.

You will create the Brand/ Feeling ; the look and feel !

You will strategize on marketing ideas and campaigns.

You will be the face of our brand, engaging with our audience online and offline. Your creativity and passion for our products will help us enhance our brand presence and foster customer loyalty.

Social Media/on line.

  • Content Creation
  • Video editing.
  • Manage Engagement
  • Run Meta ads
  • Send out monthly packages
  • Track success
  • Local Competitor research
  • International Competitor research
  • Manage Giveaways
  • Manage brand ambassador program
  • Manage Social Media messages
  • Manage & Search for online collaborations

Physical stores/Events
