Coordinate with creative, media, PR, and event agencies for executional excellence. - Budget Oversight:
Support budget planning and allocation; monitor spend versus ROI for campaigns. - Performance Tracking:
Define and track KPIs such as brand engagement, lead generation, and conversion impact. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product, Sales, and Digital teams to align brand storytelling with commercial goals. - Content & Messaging:
Develop key campaign messages and ensure quality control across creative outputs. - Market Insights:
Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform campaign strategy and positioning. - Brand Activation:
Support on-ground activations and events that bring the Wetility experience to life, sparking curiosity, excitement, and brand advocacy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience managing brand and integrated marketing campaigns, ideally within a dynamic or tech-driven environment.
- Proven track record of managing agencies, delivering multi-channel campaigns, and achieving measurable impact.
- Experience within the renewable energy, technology, or sustainability sectors is advantageous.
- Data-driven mindset, able to translate insights into strategy and performance improvement.
- Confident in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Creative eye with an understanding of brand aesthetics and design principles.
