Purpose of the role
The Business Solutions Analyst serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, leading requirements analysis and solution design for custom payment solutions. This role suits someone ready to take ownership of client relationships and technical specification development while building toward Solutions Architect capabilities. Main responsibilities
The following responsibilities are associated with this role (not limited to):
Requirements Analysis & Solution Design
- Lead comprehensive business requirement gathering sessions with enterprise clients across multiple industry sectors

Advising Client Technical Decisions
Engaging with customers and guiding them through technical decisions related to the purchase and use of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Chat and Copilot Studio agent solutions. Providing expertise and insights to help customers make informed decisions that align with their technology goals.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
- Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).
