Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Science , Commerce , or Business ; an MBA or postgraduate commercial qualification is advantageous. Responsibilities: Design and execute a 3-year business development strategy aligned with executive growth goals. Conduct in-depth product and market analysis to identify and validate new opportunities across the gas landscape. Lead feasibility studies, financial modelling, and development of Board-ready business cases. Drive the commercialisation of approved projects, from capital investment to customer integration and operational handover. Identify acquisition targets, manage relationships, conduct due diligence, and ensure smooth post-acquisition integration. Support other business units in cross-functional growth initiatives, including CO, ammonia, and speciality gases. The role covers servicing Johannesburg and surrounding areas.
