- Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of post-registration experience in electrical engineering.
- Prior experience in project management and electrical design is essential.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects, and AutoCAD.
- Advantageous to have familiarity with PV Solar Panels and Battery Energy Storage System trends.
- Capability in cost estimation and contribution to financial modeling is desirable.
- Previous involvement in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects would be advantageous.

Come Junior Consultant farai parte della Practice Digital Engineering di EY Consulting, composta da professionisti altamente qualificati dislocati tra Milano, Roma e Bari. Il team opera su clienti di diverse Industry dove vengono affrontate diverse tipologie di progettualità.
- Sviluppo di progetti di trasformazione digitale attraverso i principali strumenti innovativi;
- Analisi dei requisiti di business e ridisegno dei processi utilizzando metodi e tool propri del Business Process Reengineering;
- Organizzazione, gestione e monitoraggio di progetti;
- Realizzazione della documentazione di progetto;
- Identificazione delle criticità e definizione dei piani d'azione per la risoluzione;
- Interazione e collaborazione con la struttura cliente e con eventuali terze parti coinvolte, al fine di agevolare l'esecuzione del progetto;
Che cosa stiamo cercando:
- Laurea magistrale, preferibilmente in Economia o Ingegneria;
- Capacità di apprendere rapidamente e lavorare in un ambiente agile e veloce;
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione;
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente multiculturale, in modo collaborativo, virtuale e indipendente;
- Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e con scadenze ravvicinate, gestendo più priorità in modo efficace;
- Ottima conoscenza informatica dei principali applicativi Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Ottima conoscenza di italiano e inglese;
