About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Integrated Strategist to join our growing team at RCK. This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of creativity, data, and cultural insight. You'll be responsible for uncovering meaningful opportunities within client challenges, crafting integrated strategies that inspire creative excellence, and guiding campaigns that connect with audiences across every channel.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated brand and communication strategies across multiple channels.
- Partner closely with creative teams to translate insights into powerful ideas and campaign platforms.
- Lead strategic thinking across client portfolios, identifying growth opportunities and shaping long-term brand direction.
- Conduct and interpret research to uncover consumer, cultural, and category insights.
- Work with media, digital, and creative teams to ensure ideas are effective across touchpoints.
- Present strategic recommendations to clients with clarity and conviction.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance to refine and optimise future strategies.
- Mentor junior strategists and contribute to thought leadership within the agency.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in a strategic planning or brand strategy role (agency experience preferred).

- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, cultural trends, and brand positioning.
- Excellent analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience with research methodologies, data interpretation, and insight generation.
