About the Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of brand marketing for one of our client’s in the e-commerce/consumer products space. You’ll own the marketing calendar, manage campaigns and partnerships, oversee creative alignment, and ensure the brand’s presence is consistent and engaging across all channels.
This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, an eye for brand consistency, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, creative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the marketing calendar across all channels, ensuring campaigns, product launches, blogs, website updates, and content go live on time and on brand
- Brief and manage creative partners, social media teams, and photographers/UGC creators, providing clear direction and deadlines
- Review and approve all creative assets, including social media content, website banners, email graphics, and paid ads
- Manage partnerships and influencer collaborations, integrating content into campaign plans
- Update Shopify homepage banners, product listings, collections, and campaign landing pages to align with the marketing calendar
- Monitor performance metrics across social, email, blog, and partnerships; report on results with actionable recommendations
- Liaise with Customer Service to maintain brand voice, share campaign updates, and gather customer insights for marketing use
- Ensure all marketing output meets brand standards for voice, tone, and visual identity
- Manage the the Social Media/Content creator on the account who is also part of Keen
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in a DTC or consumer brand marketing role (wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or accessories preferred)
- Proven track record managing marketing calendars, partnerships, and multi-channel campaigns
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with experience shaping brand voice
- Skilled at coordinating across creative, paid, customer experience, and partnerships teams
- Shopify experience (updating content and managing product pages)
- Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, Notion, Trello, Google Sheets, Slack, and Google Drive
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable collaborating across timezones with teams in the U.S.
