We're scaling a smart home automation portfolio and are now focusing on B2B enterprise growth. Your mission is to open, shape, and close large‑volume, white-label & wholesale (our brand) partnerships with telecom operators and major distributors (e.g., Vodacom, MTN, Telkom) — taking opportunities from first contact through technical scoping, pilot/PoC, commercial negotiation, contract signature, and rollout.

You'll be the connector between enterprise buyers and our technical teams, turning business needs into clear requirements that our product/R&D teams can execute — then bringing it all together as a compelling commercial solution at scale.

What you'll do1) Pipeline, Prospecting & Market Development (Telco & Large B2B)

· Build and maintain a target list of telcos, ISPs, distributors, and large retail groups for white-label & wholesale (our brand) or co‑branded smart‑home ranges.

· Open doors, secure discovery meetings, and qualify opportunities (BANT/MEDDICC or similar).

· Map the decision‑making unit (business, technical, procurement, legal) and craft a step‑by‑step plan to reach contract signature.

2) Enterprise Deal Execution (from PoC to Contract)

· Scope demos/PoCs with clear success criteria; coordinate pilot logistics (devices → app → cloud) and timelines.

· Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, volume tiers, branding/packaging, SLAs, MSAs, payment milestones) with senior stakeholders.

· Manage RFI/RFQ/RFP responses and partner due diligence; keep a crisp deal desk trail and approval flow (GM/Finance).

3) Solutioning & Technical Translation (R&D Liaison)

· Translate business requirements into concise technical specs/requirements for product/R&D (firmware/app, integrations, certifications).

· Coordinate white-label & wholesale (our brand) deliverables (SKU list, packaging, app branding, compliance artefacts).

· Track pilot issues (severity, reproduction steps), drive to release notes and communicate partner‑ready updates.

4) Account Growth, Forecasting & Governance

· Maintain accurate CRM (pipeline stage, probability, next steps) and weekly forecasts.

· Build joint business plans with partners (sell‑in/sell‑through targets, marketing motions, training).

5) Brand Building
