Job Description
The position requires an individual with strong administrative and communication skills with particular emphasis on attention to detail and professionalism. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is a problem solver, well-groomed, well-spoken, fluent in English (read, write, speak, and listen), and has at least two years’ experience in a similar role in the aircraft maintenance environment.
Responsibilities- Updating all aircraft hours to the various Maintenance Tracking programmes
- Producing daily/weekly Maintenance forecasts on the Managed Fleet
- Requesting quotes from AMO’s based on upcoming scheduled maintenance forecasts
- Coordinating downtime and scheduling aircraft maintenance slots between the Aircraft Maintenance Manager, RP:A, RP:FO, Charter Department and AMO’s
- Supplying accurate 12 and 24-month maintenance forecasts to the RP:A for aircraft availability planning purposes
- Populating Owner Reports
- Assisting with AOC additions
- English: read, write, speak, and listen fluently
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in a similar position

- Conduct spot checks on Cabin Crew luggage.
- Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Airline or Security environment (Essential);
- Experience in security environment (Essential);
- Experience with IQSMS system (Advantageous);
- Must have a valid Driver's License;
- State Security Authority Vetting (Advantageous);
- Willing to travel to all bases;
- Willing to work overtime and standby;
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);
- Knowledge and understanding of all appropriate security responsibilities as detailed in relevant SACAA documents (Essential);

Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent
