We're looking for a hands-on AV pro to join our team and take our live productions to the next level. If you know your way around cameras, sound, lighting, and especially vMix + livestream workflows, this role is for you. You'll set up, run, and troubleshoot multi-camera live broadcasts, ensuring a seamless experience for both in-person and online audiences.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Live Stream Production:
- Set up, configure, and operate AV equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting, switchers, encoders) for YouTube live streams - vMix is essential
- Manage and monitor the entire live streaming process, ensuring high-quality video and audio throughout the broadcast.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to prevent or minimize interruptions during live streams.
Coordinate with content creators, hosts, and guests to ensure smooth production flow and content delivery. Implement business suggestions and strategies
Technical Management:
- Maintain and test all AV equipment before each live stream to ensure functionality.
- Monitor streaming metrics and adjust settings as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
