      Role Description:
      The CTO leads digital innovation across the group, focusing on AI integration, CRM optimization, and enhancing the car buying and aftersales journey through advanced tech solutions.

      Key Responsibilities:

      1. Technology Strategy & Innovation:

        • Define the tech vision and manage related budgets

        • Identify and adopt emerging technologies

      2. Technical Architecture & Infrastructure:

        • Design scalable and secure systems

        • Oversee CRM and website platforms

        • Optimize user experience and lead capture tools

      3. CRM & Data Integration:

        • Automate CRM workflows

        • Build a real-time data ecosystem across departments

        • Ensure cybersecurity and compliance

      4. AI-Driven Sales, Aftersales & CX:

        • Implement AI tools for customer service, lead gen, and inventory

        • Use predictive analytics for forecasting and pricing

      5. Team Leadership & Vendor Management:

        • Work across departments to align tech with business needs

        • Manage suppliers and external platforms

      6. Training & Adoption:

Position Summary

The Automotive Technician plays a pivotal role within our automotive service team. As a vital member, you learn and develop foundational skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, this role involves hands-on learning to address various automotive systems and services. Automotive Technicians participate in routine inspections, contribute to vehicle assessments, and assist in repair procedures. Additionally, Automotive Technicians may interact with customers to explain repair procedures, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service. Overall, this role demands a combination of mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals to build a solid foundation in automotive repair while contributing to the overall success of our team.

Pay Range: $7.00 - 25.50

Responsibilities
  • Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.

  • Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.

  • Install batteries and check electrical systems.

  • Perform tire maintenance.

  • Install parts.

  • Road test vehicles.

  • Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least one of A1 – A8 within first two years of employment (Tests and registrations fees are paid for by company pass or fail. Technicians receive bonus for each test passed)

Minimum Qualifications
  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
  • Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including:
    • Oil changes
    • Basic inspections
    • Repairing tires
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of automotive repair experience, completion of Vocational-Technical School program in a related field or demonstrated skills via third party certificates/assessment.
  • A.S.E certification or equivalent external qualifications or training certifications.

At Midas, we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis, and repair, utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.

We are looking for automotive technicians/mechanics who can work independently as well as collaboratively with peers. Our full-service facility aims to foster an environment of success!

Responsibilities

As a Midas automotive technician, you will perform a wide range of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, including:

  • Diagnostics using state-of-the-art computer systems
  • Tire repair and replacement
  • Car heating and air conditioning
  • Steering and suspension repairs
  • Belt and hose replacements
  • Radiator and engine cooling system services
  • Batteries, starting, and charging system repairs
  • Brake repairs
  • Muffler and exhaust system services
  • Visual safety and courtesy inspections
Qualifications
  • Ability to repair vehicles independently and work well in a team
  • High personal productivity
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental standards
  • Experience with shop equipment such as lifts, tire changers, alignment machines, and scan tools
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
  • State-specific auto repair certifications
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Own tools/equipment, including diagnostic tools preferred
  • Ability to service both foreign and domestic vehicles
