  • Formulate, maintain and control of the written Procedures & Customer Specific Processes where needed.
  • Adherence to Policies and any other documentation relating to the plant.
  • Follow and maintain Audit Schedule / Matrix.
  • Participate in customer, system & internal audits.
  • Support the closeout of audit report findings and corrective actions.
  • Participate with communicate to the customer, suppliers as well as internally.
  • Assist in the implementation of new quality systems.
  • Adherence to relevant HSE requirements as per the Management System.
  • Effective communication externally and internally relating to Quality Concerns.
  • Formulate monthly data from customer, internal and suppliers monthly reporting.
  • Review processes (COP) on frequent intervals for optimization and improvements.
  • Adherence and administration of budgetary requirements within the plant.
  • Attend and participate in project, engineering as well as other required meetings.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant Quality Management / Mechanical Engineering and / or related degree or diploma is essential!
  • 3-5 Years stable and proven Tier 1 Quality Assurance experience gained within the automotive or mechanical engineering industry is required
  • Knowledge of relevant Customer, Supplier and Quality Assurance Auditing to ISO / VDA 6.3, TS and IATF 16949, ISO 14001 (Systems and Processes)
  • Proficiency on MS office
  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar CRM system
  • Attention to root cause analysis
  • Strong analytical skills (MSA and Capability Studies)
  • Ability to work as a team and organize activities for action.
  • Customer Service driven both externally and internally.
  • Effective communication skills with customers, peers and shop floor. (Verbal and written)
  • Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license
