• Document construction, formatting and styling, using MS Word as well as proprietary MS Word-like user interfaces.
• Researching and understanding the environment in which the document will operate.
• Analysing the degree to which the document should be automated.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate

• Maintain and improve systems and internal solutions using SharePoint and SQL

• Identify automation opportunities across departments and translate business needs into technical workflows

• Collaborate within agile teams and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives

• Document processes, workflows and technical specifications for deployed solutions

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in IT or a related field (Bachelor’s degree or higher is advantageous)

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate (Microsoft Flow)

Business Process and Automation Specialist takes ownership of identifying, designing, and implementing process optimization strategies to drive measurable improvements. Lead the digitisation and scaling of operational processes and systems within the 5-Year Digital Transformation Roadmap

Own and Drive Process Optimisation and Scalability

Performance Monitoring and Continuous Optimisation:

Data Flow and Automation

Lead the identification and implementation of automation opportunities across operational

departments.

Collaborate with AI specialists to implement intelligent automation solutions.
