About the Role

We are looking for a
Senior GTM Automation Architect
to join our fully remote team. In this role, you'll design, build, and maintain automated workflows that power our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems and processes. You'll work closely with our RevOps and GTM leadership teams to map ICPs, optimize data enrichment, and streamline operations across the funnel.

This is a
high-impact technical role
that blends systems architecture, automation engineering, and GTM strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize GTM workflows using
    Zapier, , N8N, Flowgear
    , and related automation tools.
  • Serve as the
    technical architect
    for GTM systems, ensuring seamless integrations across CRMs, billing platforms, dialers, and marketing systems.
  • Partner with RevOps leadership to drive
    ICP mapping, data enrichment, and segmentation strategies

  • Build and maintain
    automated lead routing, scoring, and enrichment workflows
    .
  • Troubleshoot automation failures, monitor performance, and continuously optimize workflows for scale.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working in a highly analytical role, such as data analytics, business intelligence, consulting etc.
  • or advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Analytics, Business
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented critical thinking, and the ability to work with large datasets
  • Experience creating data models in Excel or similar software
