Test Automation Specialist
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Solid proficiency in automated test script design and implementation (by utilizing Cypress, Selenium or and Equivalent Test Automation Tool).
  • Ability to implement integration mechanisms for reporting of results from above scripts into a dashboard or reporting application (for example Jira).
  • Ability to interpret requirements documents/artefacts and using these to create a test script specification from this.
  • Solid proficiency in Test Plan development and execution .
  • Proven experience in Defect Identification and resolution .
  • Proven ability to make Quality Improvement
  • Extensive Workflow Documentation and Analysis .
  • Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

  • Communication: Influence (Effect change without direct exercise of command where persuasion is required and reaching buy-in might be difficult). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and presentation skills. Willingness to engage with international customers and navigate potential language barriers.
  • Delivery: Specify new products, processes, standards based on organization strategy or set short- to mid-term operational plans. The requests are often unclear and will need substantial investigation to ensure that the specifics are well understood by all parties. Employee may be expected to provide guidance to lower-level employees.
  • Knowledge: Functional expert - Mastery of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and organizational practice.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum mandatory qualifications:

  • Relevant IT Diploma / Degree.


Minimum mandatory experience:

  • 5+ years of designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions for various business processes inside corporate or medium sized business.
  • 5+ years of conducting testing and validation of automation solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • 7+ years of analyzing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of automation initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • 7+ years of document the testing process, workflows, and results to maintain a comprehensive record of the software's quality assurance activities.Advantageous experience:

  • Proven track record of successful projects delivered.
  • Proven experience in senior / leadership roles fulfilled in IT / Engineering teams.
  • Agile working experience (any framework).

- Design strong data models using Power Query and DAX

- Set up automated alerts (e.g., zero-movement stock, sales drops) using Power Automate

- Integrate and schedule data refreshes across pharmacies and wholesale

- Collaborate with finance, operations, and store teams to align data with business needs

Requirements

- 2+ years experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and Power Automate

- Strong Excel skills and experience working with FTP, data extraction, and SQL or Python (advantageous)

Duties & Responsibilities

Job responsibilities/Key performance areas:

  • Marketing Automation system specialist that creates and executes customer campaigns to drive customer retention, loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Set up journeys and workflows on the marketing automation platform such as lead nurturing, welcome and onboarding sequences, re-engagement, upsell and cross-sell, boost customer engagement and the overall customer experience through tactical campaigns, and improve retention through retention workflows.
  • Manage and execution of multiple customer engagement journeys and marketing campaigns across all channels on the Marketing Automation Platform.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders for the strategic planning, development and timely execution of integrated, top to bottom of the funnel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive acquisition, retention and customer lifetime value.
  • Partner closely with internal teams, including: Customer Relationship Marketing, Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Science and Analytics and Business Intelligence for campaign continuity.
  • Ensure consistency across campaigns in strategy, creative assets and design, messaging.
  • Run A/B tests on campaigns and landing pages to optimise performance.
  • Track campaign and program results and report metrics, and tweak workflows accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance while executing email marketing campaigns and data.
  • Provide analysis to monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide technical guidance when required on how to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing Management or Customer Relationship Management.
  • Diploma or equivalent on Marketing Automation strategy and implementation.

Essential:

  • A minimum of three to five years’ hands-on marketing automation campaign management experience.
  • Previous role experience working with any marketing automation platform, e.g. SAS 360, Adobe or Salesforce. Specialist credential required.

The Marketing Automation Specialist contributes to the organizational goals by ensuring the effective planning and execution of the Enterprise’s Customer Marketing Strategy and against set objectives, targets, and budgets, with a clear focus on maximizing customer value through engagement. This includes all Customer Relationship Marketing journey communication, marketing tactical campaigns, upsell and cross-sell campaigns, across the STI brands and 1Life brands on all channels with the purpose to create customer loyalty and advocacy, increase retentions, increase share of wallet and longer survival rate for higher customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

Duties & Responsibilities

Job responsibilities/Key performance areas:

  • Marketing Automation system specialist that creates and executes customer campaigns to drive customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
  • Set up journeys and workflows on the marketing automation platform such as lead nurturing, welcome and onboarding sequences, re-engagement, upsell and cross-sell, boost customer engagement and the overall customer experience through tactical campaigns, and improve retention through retention workflows.
  • Manage and execution of multiple customer engagement journeys and marketing campaigns across all channels on the Marketing Automation Platform.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders for the strategic planning, development, and timely execution of integrated, top to bottom of the funnel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Partner closely with internal teams, including: Customer Relationship Marketing, Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Science and Analytics, and Business Intelligence for campaign continuity.
  • Ensure consistency across campaigns in strategy, creative assets and design, messaging.
  • Run A/B tests on campaigns and landing pages to optimise performance.
  • Track campaign and program results and report metrics, and tweak workflows accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance while executing email marketing campaigns and data.
  • Provide analysis to monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide technical guidance when required on how to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing Management or Customer Relationship Management.
  • Diploma or equivalent on Marketing Automation strategy and implementation.

Essential:

  • A minimum of three to five years’ hands-on marketing automation campaign management experience.
  • Previous role experience working with any marketing automation platform, e.g. SAS 360, Adobe or Salesforce. Specialist credential required.
  • Digital design experience and or understanding of HTML coding.
