ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid proficiency in automated test script design and implementation (by utilizing Cypress, Selenium or and Equivalent Test Automation Tool).
- Ability to implement integration mechanisms for reporting of results from above scripts into a dashboard or reporting application (for example Jira).
- Ability to interpret requirements documents/artefacts and using these to create a test script specification from this.
- Solid proficiency in Test Plan development and execution .
- Proven experience in Defect Identification and resolution .
- Proven ability to make Quality Improvement
- Extensive Workflow Documentation and Analysis .

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum mandatory qualifications:
- Relevant IT Diploma / Degree.
Minimum mandatory experience:
- 5+ years of designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions for various business processes inside corporate or medium sized business.
- 5+ years of conducting testing and validation of automation solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.
- 7+ years of analyzing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of automation initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- 7+ years of document the testing process, workflows, and results to maintain a comprehensive record of the software's quality assurance activities.Advantageous experience:
- Proven track record of successful projects delivered.
- Proven experience in senior / leadership roles fulfilled in IT / Engineering teams.

- Marketing Automation system specialist that creates and executes customer campaigns to drive customer retention, loyalty and lifetime value.
- Set up journeys and workflows on the marketing automation platform such as lead nurturing, welcome and onboarding sequences, re-engagement, upsell and cross-sell, boost customer engagement and the overall customer experience through tactical campaigns, and improve retention through retention workflows.
- Manage and execution of multiple customer engagement journeys and marketing campaigns across all channels on the Marketing Automation Platform.
- Work with multiple stakeholders for the strategic planning, development and timely execution of integrated, top to bottom of the funnel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive acquisition, retention and customer lifetime value.
- Partner closely with internal teams, including: Customer Relationship Marketing, Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Science and Analytics and Business Intelligence for campaign continuity.

- Run A/B tests on campaigns and landing pages to optimise performance.

- Provide technical guidance when required on how to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing Management or Customer Relationship Management.
- Diploma or equivalent on Marketing Automation strategy and implementation.
Essential:
- A minimum of three to five years’ hands-on marketing automation campaign management experience.
- Previous role experience working with any marketing automation platform, e.g. SAS 360, Adobe or Salesforce. Specialist credential required.
- Digital design experience and or understanding of HTML coding.

- Set up journeys and workflows on the marketing automation platform such as lead nurturing, welcome and onboarding sequences, re-engagement, upsell and cross-sell, boost customer engagement and the overall customer experience through tactical campaigns, and improve retention through retention workflows.
- Manage and execution of multiple customer engagement journeys and marketing campaigns across all channels on the Marketing Automation Platform.
- Work with multiple stakeholders for the strategic planning, development, and timely execution of integrated, top to bottom of the funnel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Partner closely with internal teams, including: Customer Relationship Marketing, Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Science and Analytics, and Business Intelligence for campaign continuity.
- Ensure consistency across campaigns in strategy, creative assets and design, messaging.
- Run A/B tests on campaigns and landing pages to optimise performance.
- Track campaign and program results and report metrics, and tweak workflows accordingly.
- Ensure compliance while executing email marketing campaigns and data.
- Provide analysis to monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide technical guidance when required on how to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing Management or Customer Relationship Management.
- Diploma or equivalent on Marketing Automation strategy and implementation.
Essential:
- A minimum of three to five years’ hands-on marketing automation campaign management experience.
- Previous role experience working with any marketing automation platform, e.g. SAS 360, Adobe or Salesforce. Specialist credential required.
- Digital design experience and or understanding of HTML coding.

- Have worked with data especially in a customer data role.
- Have proven expertise in digital marketing practices.
- Have good planning, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Be proactive, strong, quick and detail-oriented execution skills.
- Are highly energetic, confident, optimistic and creative.
- Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
