Job Description:As a bilingual Attorney, you will ensure that our Spanish-speaking clients receive the care and attention they deserve. You will perform case preparation, client communication, negotiation, and settlements on all types of personal injury cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct client interviews and maintain ongoing communication with Spanish-speaking clients.
- Draft, proofread, and translate legal documents and correspondence.
- Gather and organize medical records, police reports, and other evidence pertinent to cases.
- Prepare legal documents, including affidavits, discovery, and trial materials.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, hearings, and depositions.
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation and other case-related tasks.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury law.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work empathetically with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Filevine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
