- Participate in the design of the call monitoring framework, quality standards, and the associated checklists
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with performance standards and outcomes (e.g., quality, process adherence, and accuracy)
- Create reports on performance results (individual and team level) to provide to management for development and action plans for agents
- Prepare and analyze quality reports for management review
- Provide feedback and input into process, training, and system enhancements based on trends
- If required, assist with coaching agents based on findings
- If required, may answer phone calls, respond to written inquiries, and handle escalated issues in support of agent work

JOB RESPONSIBILITIESThe successful incumbent will be required to perform quality assurance and due diligence reviews on all portfolio administration business.
The scope includes:
- Verification of business partner's application against their underwriting, premium collection, claims mandate finance and systems utilised.
- Performing quality assurance reviews to provide independent assurance and advisory services to assist business in enhancing their overall operational governance processes, quality and service standards.
- Support the Business to discharge their responsibilities relating to the compliance risk management process as required by relevant regulatory requirements, applicable codes of conduct and minimum standards.
- Knowledge of risk management and risk management practice
- Exposure to a Quality Assurance environment and Internal Audit
- Underwriting, premium collection and claims business experience
- Knowledge of FAIS
- Understanding of the regulatory and business environment of the Short-Term Insurance industry.
