Job Description
Superside is looking for a talented Senior Conceptual Art Director to create bold, high-performing digital campaigns for top global brands. In this role, you’ll partner with copywriters, strategists and creatives to deliver concept-driven ideas across social media, web, video, and more—bringing big ideas to life with strong art direction and design execution.
You’ll thrive in a collaborative, globally distributed team and contribute to work that’s not only creatively exciting but also strategically sharp. This is a role for someone who can think big, execute beautifully, and bring a deep understanding of design to everything they do.
What You'll Do- Partner with copywriters and strategists to develop compelling creative campaigns across digital-first channels (social, web, video) with the ability to stretch into ATL (TV, print, OOH).
- Lead art direction for creative campaigns and video concepts, providing visual direction from ideation through final execution.
- Design or direct the creation of digital assets, mood boards, layouts, and visual frameworks that bring brand narratives to life.
- Contribute to brand storytelling by developing concept-led brand systems and integrated creative ideas.
- Build and present creative decks that clearly communicate concepts and strategy to customers.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Project Managers, and other creatives across time zones.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, consistently delivering on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
- Help push creative boundaries, championing fresh ideas and evolving Superside’s conceptual capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to understand goals and deliver work that drives results.
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, experimentation, and continuous creative growth.
- 5+ years of experience in concept-driven roles within creative agencies or fast-paced in-house teams.
- A strong portfolio showcasing concept-first thinking and excellent art direction across digital platforms.
- Passion for creativity and a strong eye for design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent English communication skills , both written and verbal, with confidence presenting ideas to customers and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with experience juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Growth mindset and curiosity, always seeking new tools, trends, and ways to improve your craft.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and performance creative principles.
- A collaborative and inclusive approach to working with diverse teams and perspectives.
