Role Description

We are looking for Architectural Designers to join our team. The role will seep into Interior Design, and so, it will make your application preferrable if this is one of your interests.

The designer will be responsible for creating architectural designs, developing construction drawings, and ensuring that all designs comply with the brief, regulations and aesthetic standards we promote. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design presentations, drafting plans, 3D modelling, collaborating with clients and construction teams - amongst other related tasks.

We offer a hybrid remote-work model. This will be a full-time position, although we do offer part-time flexi work options.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Architectural Degree or Diploma
• Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings or Council Submissions preferrable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Shows initiative
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and work on multiple projects simultaneously

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Junior Architectural Designer located on-site in Johannesburg. The Junior Architectural Designer will be responsible for assisting in the creation and development of architectural designs, producing construction drawings, undertaking site visits, site inspections and collaborating on projects. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with the project team to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications and timelines.
