A MINIMUM OF 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

1. Management and training of Corporate design consultants and design and technical support for Development managers.
2. Management of documentation process for new site and existing built site designs.
3. Overall review of corporate documentation to confirm compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
4. General issues and enquiries.
5. Ensure all designs are NBR, SANS, and DDA compliant.
6. Development and management of national design standards documentation and post-opening reviews to evaluate level of compliance.

1. MINIMUM - Bachelors in Architecture - B.Arch or Bachelors in Architectural technology, B.Tech or similar.
2. Minimum of 10 years experience in retail architecture.
3. High level of communication skills.
4. Manage multiple projects at any one time.
5. Ability to work as a team member and identify trends and keep in touch with industry directions.
6. High AutoCAD competency.
7. Skilled in Microsoft applications including MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

• Candidates must have proficiency in the use of Autodesk Revit for project development and BIM proficiency can be an advantage.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) as well as Blue Beam.
• Candidates should also have strong digital modeling skills and possess well-developed organization as well as strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.

• It is desired that the candidate should be SACAP registered.

The role is for a Solutions Architect specifically for HR, focusing on SuccessFactors and other HRIS components. This position reports to the HR Product Head. The candidate should have expertise in SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and integration tools such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration and SAP Business Technology Platform. Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS / Azure) and data integration is also required.
