A propos du poste:
En tant que Lead UX Designer pour la ligne produit Workflow Solutions, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de nos pratiques design sur plusieurs produits (locaux et régionaux). Vous encadrerez une équipe de 6 designers (5 a Paris et 1 en Afrique du Sud). Vous soutiendrez leur développement professionnel, et vous assurerez que l'expérience utilisateur soit au cœur des décisions produit et business.
Vous contribuerez à faire évoluer la maturité design dans la région, à renforcer la cohérence des parcours, et à produire des expériences simples, intuitives et utiles pour nos utilisateurs.
Responsabiliés principales:
Vision & leadership
+ Définir la vision design de la ligne produit Workflow Solutions.
+ Encadrer, accompagner et faire progresser une équipe aux niveaux variés.
+ Porter les standards design et promouvoir une culture du feedback et de la qualité.
+ Piloter les activités design (recherche, conception, tests, livraison) sur l'ensemble de la ligne produit.
Collaboration transverse
+ Travailler étroitement avec les Product Managers, UX Researchers, développeurs et parties prenantes métier.
+ Contribuer aux roadmaps produits en intégrant les besoins utilisateurs.
+ Participer à l'amélioration et à l'adoption du Design System.
Excellence opérationnelle
+ Garantir la qualité des livrables design (user flows, wireframes, prototypes, maquettes).
+ Suivre l'implémentation des interfaces et collaborer avec les développeurs pour assurer la fidélité du rendu.
+ S'appuyer sur les données (insights, analytics, tests) pour améliorer l'expérience utilisateur.
Profil recherché:
+ Expérience averée en UX Design, dont au moins 1-2 ans en encadrement ou mentoring.
+ Maîtrise du design centré utilisateur (UCD), des outils de conception et prototypage (Figma.).
+ Bonne culture produit, curiosité et sens de la collaboration.
+ Expérience dans des contextes multi-produits ou internationaux.
+ Français courant et anglais professionnel requis.
