A propos du poste:
En tant que Lead UX Designer pour la ligne produit Workflow Solutions, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de nos pratiques design sur plusieurs produits (locaux et régionaux). Vous encadrerez une équipe de 6 designers (5 a Paris et 1 en Afrique du Sud). Vous soutiendrez leur développement professionnel, et vous assurerez que l'expérience utilisateur soit au cœur des décisions produit et business.
Vous contribuerez à faire évoluer la maturité design dans la région, à renforcer la cohérence des parcours, et à produire des expériences simples, intuitives et utiles pour nos utilisateurs.
