- Accurate consolidation of goods for shipment, including domestic movements
- Coordinating upliftment of product
- Working with and taking instruction from work colleges / sales agents / buyers to facilitate the logistics process
- Controlling import logistics for shipments via sea freight
- Liaising with freight forwarders, suppliers, and warehouse to ensure product movements progress smoothly and timely.
- Liaising with state veterinary officials for import permits, health certificates, and / or goods in transit permits
- Maintenance of all related transactional, and logistical documentation
- Maintenance of all transactional and logistical information in a format that is easily interpreted by you and any other team member
- Record all data within agreed process and structure
- Regular communication to customers on progress of deliveries
- Effective Management of customer expectations
- Timely feedback on any changes to schedules
