Are you a data-driven and creative Paid Social Specialist ready to take ownership of strategy and execution for a high-growth online brand? We're seeking an experienced professional to develop and manage paid social campaigns, drive acquisition, and optimize performance across multiple markets. If you're passionate about social media advertising and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity!
Your Role:
Hands-on setup and management of paid social campaigns (content upload, bidding, budget management, audience targeting).
Brief and liaise with the creative team to develop compelling creative assets.
Plan and strategize how paid social drives acquisition.
Develop a strategy for influencer UGC/content creation and manage whitelisting campaigns.
Define and develop a testing roadmap to improve performance across key markets.
Brief and coordinate the creation of new landing pages for paid social campaigns.
Ensure campaign performance meets/exceeds targets.
Analyze, review, and report on campaign effectiveness (weekly & monthly).
Conduct competitive research and present findings.
Assist with reporting on key Social Media metrics.
Develop strong relationships with platform account managers and technology vendors.
Collaborate with other marketing teams to create integrated campaigns.
Stay up to date with the evolving digital landscape.
What You’ll Need:
️ A minimum of 4 years directly managing Meta Ads platform campaigns for a B2C business.
️ Experience with monthly budget management (in excess of $60,000 ad spend is a plus).
️ Analytical thinking skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
️ Strong knowledge of GA4 and Excel (reports, formulas, pivot tables).
️ Creative thinking and the ability to brief effective campaigns and ads.
️ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
