The Scrum Master / Project Manager will drive end-to-end delivery of In-House programmes, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile discipline.
  • Maintain the sprint backlog, track progress, manage impediments, and ensure stories meet Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, BAs, Developers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of sprint goals.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across workstreams (Tech, Data, Ops, Change).
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks; escalate blockers early.
  • Prepare and maintain RAID logs, sprint reports, and velocity tracking for PMO and SteerCo reporting.
  • Support solutioning sprints, testing readiness, and go-live planning activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in Agile practices and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in large-scale digital or technology programmes.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and project governance practices.
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence for backlog and sprint management.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver within complex or cross-functional environments.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) or SAFe Scrum Master certification.

Additional Requirements

  • Experience coaching teams or driving Agile adoption in hybrid environments.
  • Background in technology, data, or systems integration projects.
  • Familiarity with PMO reporting, RAID management, and sprint metrics.
  • Exposure to contact centre technology (e.g., dialers, CRM platforms, or omnichannel systems).
