4. Process Execution & Sales Cadence Compliance

  • 100% adherence to sales cadence (follow-up intervals, check-ins, proposal steps).
  • 0 missed follow-ups or handovers.
  • Weekly reporting on lead status delivered on time.

5. Team Support & Growth Contribution

  • All handovers to the Sales Lead/onboarding team are documented and completed within 24 hours.
  • At least 1 process improvement suggestion per quarter implemented.
  • Attendance and participation in all mentorship/training sessions.
Requirements
  • Post Graduate Degree, B.Com Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent
  • 1–4 years’ experience in sales, marketing, operations, or administration.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • South African citizenship or a valid work visa (Cape Town-based)
