We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven PPC Advertising Manager to take ownership of our clients internal and client-facing digital ad campaigns in the real estate industry. In this role, you’ll blend strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making to craft and execute impactful campaigns across multiple platforms. As a vital member of the team, you’ll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to drive measurable growth, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional outcomes. The PPC Advertising Manager serves as a trusted guide for clients throughout every stage of the digital advertising process—from campaign strategy and development to ongoing maintenance and detailed reporting. Our client is a US based company and you will be required to work RSA 11am to 8pm with some flexibility. This is a remote position.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Act as the PPC Manager for corporate advertising initiatives.
- Act as a dedicated PPC account manager for assigned clients, taking full ownership of advertising initiatives throughout the client lifecycle.
- Work directly with clients to understand their business goals and guide them through the campaign setup and management process.
- Research, define, present and implement paid campaign strategies.
- Create and configure ad accounts, build campaigns, develop ads, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels.
- Conduct ongoing management and optimization of PPC campaigns across multiple channels.
- Draft conversion-focused ad and landing page copy and oversee landing page production.
- Implement analytics and conversion measurement via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel, including configuration of custom events.
- Develop and manage reporting processes for corporate and client advertising initiatives.
- Provide regular analysis and insight reports to clients, host performance review meetings and provide program reporting to the management team.
- Act as the project manager for assigned client accounts and coordinate deliverables with the Sales and Creative teams.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- 3+ years of proven experience as a PPC manager.
- 3+ years of experience writing conversion-focused ad and landing page copy.
- Experience with multiple ad platforms, including Google Search, Google Display, Google Video, Google Performance Max, Google Local Search, Meta and LinkedIn.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with multivariate testing and campaign optimization with proven results.
- Advanced proficiency in conducting market research, competitive ad spend analysis, audience segmentation, and performance forecasting with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts in an approachable manner.
- Comfortable communicating with clients to understand objectives, define strategy, establish expectations, provide regular performance updates and interpret results.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and manage complex tasks across multiple projects.
- Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a desire to take ownership over the development and management of the highest performing campaigns in the industry.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to think creatively and execute new ideas.
REQUIREMENTS
