Role Description
TIBS Human Resource seeks highly skilled and analytical Performance Test Analyst and Performance Test Engineer to join our SQA team for a period of 1 year. The ideal candidates must have a passion for ensuring software reliability and a deep understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools. The candidates will be responsible for designing, executing, and analysing performance tests to identify bottlenecks and optimize the performance of our e-commerce, mobile app, API, and business applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- ISTQB certification or other relevant professional certifications.
- 3-5 years of experience in a performance testing or performance engineering role.
- Proven hands-on experience with at least one major performance testing tool (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling).
- Experience with monitoring tools such as (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, Grafana, AppDynamics).
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and concepts.
- Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) for test automation.
- Solid knowledge of client-server architecture, databases, and web technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Confluence).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
- Understanding of project management methodologies, particularly Agile development practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently; does not require micromanagement.
- Clear understanding of the role and its responsibilities within IT project delivery.
